July 10 – July 24<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Monday, July 10th, the DIPLOMA 2023<\/em> exhibition, featuring the graduate works of 4th-year students from the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade, was officially opened at Bioskop Balkan<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, Prof. Goran \u010cpajak, who expressed his gratitude to the Sa\u0161a Mar\u010deta Foundation for collaborating on the exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“This is the first time we’re exhibiting in such an impressive and fascinating space, with its rich historical background. It’s a great opportunity for young, creative minds to express themselves,” \u010cpajak emphasized. He also thanked the Museum of Science and Technology for their support and assistance in organizing the exhibition, as well as donors Slavko Andrejevi\u0107 and Anika Andrejevi\u0107 Doki\u0107, and the family of painter Miodrag Mi\u0107a Mihailovi\u0107 from Novi Sad, who generously donated a significant amount of canvases, materials, and paints for the painting students this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the opening speech, the best students of the 2022\/2023 academic year were awarded: Bojana Zavi\u0161in, Dana Vukajlovi\u0107, Vanja Brajovi\u0107, Milica \u0110uri\u0107, Lana Petri\u0107, Tara Ili\u0107, Anja Kosti\u0107, Aleksandra Pavlovi\u0107, Nemanja Joji\u0107, Bojan Zavi\u0161in, Aleksandar Simonovi\u0107, Katarina Gajovi\u0107, Damjan Bo\u017eovi\u0107, Ivana Milanov, \u0110or\u0111e Stojkovi\u0107, Anja Rakonjac, Isidora Petrovi\u0107, Margareta Marinkovi\u0107, Aleksandra \u0160kundri\u0107, Aleksa Avramovi\u0107, Kaja \u0110okovi\u0107, Alicija Nadal \u017duljevi\u0107, Milica Bogdanovi\u0107, Tijana Zurkovi\u0107, Aleksandra Davini\u0107, Angelina Krsti\u0107, and Iva Prvulovi\u0107. Special recognition was given to first and second-year students Jovana Zebi\u0107, Ivana Jevti\u0107, Jovana Vasi\u0107, Tea Radeti\u0107, and Tijana Ivanovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the year marking the 75th anniversary of the Faculty, the exhibition showcases over 200 works in applied painting, scenography, graphics, applied sculpture, animation, illustration, photography, conservation and restoration, stage costume design, contemporary fashion, industrial design, interior architecture and furniture design, ceramics, textiles, typography, book design, and graphic design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition’s curator is Dr. Tijana Koji\u0107, an associate professor at FPU, while the architects of the exhibition are associate professors Mirjana Milaki\u0107 and Mladen Vra\u010devi\u0107. The exhibition is supported by the Sa\u0161a Mar\u010deta Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
