She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, majoring in Serbian language and Yugoslav literature. For many years, she was a Serbian language professor at the prestigious Karlovci Grammar School. As an educator at the international camp NationalCampLobau in Austria (YES Initiative), she participated in projects promoting culture and tolerance. She took part in EUROPA CANTAT XVIII in Italy, a project focused on bringing nations and generations closer through collective music-making and choral singing. Dragana is an active volunteer, working with teenagers through group and individual workshops on assertive communication, anxiety management, non-violent conflict resolution, and motivation enhancement. She is also the creator of educational programs in communication skills, conflict resolution, and a trainer in coaching programs. As a human resources manager, she specializes in profiling and assessing staff potential.
